Description
The ERP Specialist is responsible for installing and maintaining ERP solutions. Determining ERP needs, designing customized ERP solutions, and integrating ERP technologies with existing systems.

Oostburg, WI - USA
Hours
Mon - Fri
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or until the daily demands of the position are met (can be flexible)
Travel
Occasionally, as required.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other Technical discipline
- 3+ years previous programmer/analyst experience working with end-users in requirements gathering, analysis, and application design and development
- 3+ years of experience with ERP systems – Epicor experience is a plus
- Experience working with integrated systems in a manufacturing environment
- SQL-Sever, PL/SQL, or similar RDBMS application development languages
- SQL Developer, .Net, XML
- Experience with Report Writers like Crystal Reports, SSRS, or IFS Report Designer
- Industry-standard experience in specific business and ERP modules in one or more functional areas such as Financials, Order Management, HRIS, Procurement, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, logistics, etc.
- Microsoft Windows operating system experience and Office applications
- Available for after-hours user support
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains ERP (Epicor) data integrity and security protocols
- Manages day-to-day Epicor ERP operations for the company.
- Leads all the projects related to new module implementations in Epicor (including Third-party products) and support.
- Drives prioritization and resolution of system issues and enhancement requests.
- Works across business teams and functions to define and develop customized reporting
- Communicates with other departments to incorporate suggestions/decisions into ERP system
- Develops and maintains standard report repository and builds ad-hoc sequel-based reports in Epicor as required
- Maintains knowledge of new software updates to Epicor system and trains on these
- Builds departmental and executive dashboards to measure Business Intelligence (BI).
- Creates company SOPs for employees to navigate and train in Epicor.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and conferences
