Description
Responsible for managing oversight of daily operations with a focus on planning, goal setting, and managing cross-functional teams in support of its goals, as well as eliminating any productivity barriers. Responsible for managing resources, developing and implementing an operational plan, and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly on a daily basis. Develops and measures progress through metrics and tangible goals. Formulates and enforces policies for organizational sustainability and growth and manages daily operations of mid-level management personnel. Improves operational efficiency throughout the organization. Creates team consensus and unity when setting goals or resolving conflicts and troubleshooting matters. Coaches, trains, disciplines, and communicates company objectives. Implements and develops collaborative relationships across the company. Provides strong leadership skills, great communication skills, and high motivation.

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (can be flexible)
Travel
5% - 10% annually, as required.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, engineering or equivalent discipline
- 5-10 years’ experience in Operations / General Management / Manufacturing
- High degree of technical aptitude
- Experience managing people and teams
- Ability to identify weak spots in a process to improve efficiency
- Great planning and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player that is a highly disciplined, problem-solver with a strong work ethic
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily oversight and proactive project operational planning
- Conflict resolution and troubleshoot matters
- Develop and monitor metrics and goals
- Ensure that company policies are followed
- Introduce capacity planning methods
- Evaluate and improve systems and processes to effectively meet project requirements and profitability goals
- Identify and build business needs, staffing concepts, actionable plans with SMART goals
- Reduce costs in manufacturing
- Optimize business workflows and seek efficiencies
