In the past, our company has had packaging equipment buying experiences with companies based outside the United States. When purchasing equipment out of China, which we have done before, you talk to somebody on WhatsApp not knowing if they really exist. With Viking Masek it was the opposite: My brother had a chance to meet with the Owner at Viking Masek in person himself. That brings a lot of comfort when you can meet with people who are truly invested. There is a different feeling when you meet with people who have ownership, it builds a new level of trust.
