On most flow wrappers, the rotary sealing head is a permanent decision. A new product or a faster contract means weeks of downtime for a jaw replacement, or a second wrapper.

On the X-Series, the sealing head comes out with four bolts and a belt on the back. The new head goes in the same way, and the line runs again in less than an hour. Move from a single-jaw head to a multi-jaw head for a big order, or swap heads between client jobs within a shift.

For co-packers, that changes which jobs you can say yes to. Short runs, the client’s choice of film, and a contract that needs more speed all run on the machine you already own.
