Oostburg, WI — Viking Masek, a packaging machinery company specializing in vertical, horizontal, and secondary packaging automation, announced today the appointment of Matt Miller as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 27, 2025. The company also announced that Bryan Lacy, currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer, will be promoted to President & CRO, reporting to Miller.
These strategic leadership appointments mark a significant milestone for Viking Masek as it advances its mission to put ‘Simple in Motion’, offering automation options designed for ease of use and maintenance.
Miller joins Viking Masek with a distinguished career spanning senior operational leadership roles across multiple industries, including serving as Chief Operating Officer at ER Wagner, Vice President of Operations at Phoenix Lighting, and Vice President of Manufacturing at Lakeside Manufacturing. Prior to entering the private sector, Miller served in the United States Marine Corps as a Commanding Officer and prior a Director of Operations, bringing decades of experience in operational excellence, team leadership, and organizational performance.
As CEO, Miller will oversee all aspects of the company’s operations and strategy, with a particular focus on driving execution, scaling operations, and strengthening organizational alignment. Miller’s appointment reflects the company’s commitment to operational discipline and long-term sustainability.
Bryan, in the role of President & CRO, will continue to spearhead the company’s commercial development, strategic planning, and growth initiatives. Lacy has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s business development and revenue strategy, and this expanded leadership role reflects a continued focus on delivering customer value and expanding market impact.
