Being a rather new company it was very assuring that Tim and your support staff were only a phone call away to answer any question that would arise. You have a special team at Viking, and it shows every time we contact you. 

The Viking E250 is a great performer and rock solid. We count on it every day and it has never let us down. I am absolutely certain that when we purchase our next bagger, it will be a Viking.
