How to Package Cheese Crackers

Check out this total packaging solution we created for an Illinois contract packager! This system packages delicate cheese crackers into pillow bags at rates of 140 bpm. Cheese crackers first start in a large tote dumper, travel into a bulk hopper, transport on a vibratory feeder to a bucket elevator, weigh and dispense from a multi-head scale, and are finally packaged on a Viking Masek continuous motion MS300 machine and discharged on a takeaway conveyor.
