Description

An Inside Sales Coordinator works cross functionally with the Sales team.  Duties may include fielding telephone calls, preparing quotes, entering data in CRM software, assisting with sales reps/agents. This support role requires technical aptitude and is key to Sales and quoting accurately. Responsible for working with the organization regarding compliance and standard operating procedures.

Oostburg, WI - USA

 

Hours

Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or until the demands of the job are met. A ½ hour unpaid lunch. (Can be flexible).  

 

Travel

Travel may be required.

Director of Sales

Job Requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude
  • CRM knowledge
  • Epicor proficiency is a plus
  • Commitment to accuracy

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Learn the Viking Masek equipment and product lines

  • Immerse in Inside Sales and applications knowledge.

  • Work to improve the Sales Process Flow (rfq’s, quotes, configurators) and assist in startup and data entry for new Software – Epicor – implementation.

  • Create and format machine and parts quotes, vendor communication and ancillary equipment quotations. 

  • Cross functional liaison for sales related issues – support others in all areas.

  • Sample bag making for sales – customers and prospects.

  • Taking initial sales calls to gather information and qualify leads.

  • Occasional travel may be required.

  • Other duties as assigned.
