Description
A Robotics/Palletizing Specialist is responsible for developing new Robotics/Palletizing division within North America by managing and expanding relationships with established VFFS/Pre-made customer base. Educate prospects with suitable information of company, product lines, processes, and capabilities. Research new clients and establish new accounts mandatory for success of position.

Oostburg, WI - USA
Hours
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or until the demands of the job are met. A ½ hour unpaid lunch. (Can be flexible).
Travel
Travel as needed to meet performance requirements.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years' experience in related field
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high quality of work while presented with several tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on existing and prospective customers
- Develop sales strategies to kickstart and expand cartoning footprint in North America
- Analyze existing customer equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements
- Work with Regional Sales Managers to coordinate visits and implement full system solutions to prospective customers
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
- Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing or data
- Entertain customer visits and demonstrate company’s equipment
- Provide custom opportunities and solutions to customers by involving engineering and applications personnel early in the quoting process
- Meet assigned expectations for profitability
- Liaison between sales, marketing, and applications engineers
- Develop a daily/weekly call list and maintain logs in CRM (Salesforce) on a weekly basis
- Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of manufacturing department’s production and delivery schedules
- Improve product knowledge and sales techniques through regular visits to Viking Masek Robotics and Automation (VMRA) cartoning facility (New Berlin, WI)
- Complete customer account plans to meet company standards
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Travel throughout North America required in addition to visits to VMRA
