Product Filling

Jaw Drive
The use of an enclosed jaw drive prevents particulates, dust, and other contaminants from entering your product while also protecting your machinery from the same. Constructed using a single piece of solid metal, the jaws are resistant to warping, breaking or bending. In fact, an adult could stand on the jaw bridge without damaging it.
When the VFFS S250 is configured for liquids packaging, it features a patented liquid jaw profile that allows for airtight, perfect seals, and can even seal through liquids.
Film Tracking
